Beyond the technical skills, here are some important Human Skills for you to master so that you can handle yourself, be ready, and adapt to how your company begins using AI.

  • EQ – Helps address and manage fears.  And understand needs of stakeholders

  • Embrace Change – Be comfortable with ‘disruption’ so you can be a partner to AI

  • Interpretation and Critical Thinking – evaluate AI insights, apply context to vet the machine’s conclusions

  • Influence – Be creative to envision new products or services powered by AI and communicate that to leadership
