Susan Thaden founded CRi in 1999. Her vision was to create an IT talent and solutions partner that would be recognized as an industry leader through its strong commitment to a culture of service and values. Sue sets the standard for the entire team through her dedication to serving CRi’s clients and employees.
With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, she is a hands-on leader who works with her team at every level of the business to provide superior results and service to our clients. Over the years, CRi’s growth has led to the addition of several key leadership personnel. Sue has been personally committed to adding the right key talent to enhance CRi’s culture while driving future growth.
Tori Young, Managing Director
Tori joined CRi in 2007 and has held roles including Sr. IT Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Sales Manager and Managing Director. She has supported clients full circle, from identifying and recruiting top talent to strategically supporting clients in their hiring needs. She has a tremendous network in the community and works closely with CRi’s recruiting and sales teams to deliver the best resources available. Prior to CRi, Tori was a HR Manager in the biotechnology and in-home services industries. She hails from the panhandle of Nebraska, received both a BSBA and an MBA at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, and has been a resident of Omaha for over 25 years.
