Susan Thaden founded CRi in 1999. Her vision was to create an IT talent and solutions partner that would be recognized as an industry leader through its strong commitment to a culture of service and values. Sue sets the standard for the entire team through her dedication to serving CRi’s clients and employees.
With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, she is a hands-on leader who works with her team at every level of the business to provide superior results and service to our clients. Over the years, CRi’s growth has led to the addition of several key leadership personnel. Sue has been personally committed to adding the right key talent to enhance CRi’s culture while driving future growth.
Jackie Austin, Vice President
With over 20 years of experience as a technology professional and leader in information technology business operations, Jackie Austin serves as vice president of CRi. She has been with the organization for more than 10 years and currently oversees CRi’s Solutions Center.
Serving in a key leadership role, Jackie is instrumental in creating and implementing unique service offerings for clients to support their changing environments and objectives. She has a strong track record of successfully building and leading highly motivated, results-oriented teams. Under her guidance, CRi has made significant contributions to the creation of effective and efficient technology environments that give CRi clients competitive advantage in the market. Jackie earned her master’s degree in computer science and math from the University of South Dakota.
