Client Resources, Inc. is proud to support The Nebraska Amputee Association by offering
a $500 scholarship for the 2008 school year. We are currently seeking applicants. Eligible
applicants are amputees who are graduating seniors or children of amputees who are
currently enrolled or accepted into a two-year, four-year or technical school.

plans to continue your education, and have a need for financial assistance, please complete
